Development of Briquetting Machine Model BCYK

Abstract It is one of the sub-grant projects in the second round of of National Biomass competitive grant activities. It is planed that the project develops the biomass briquetting molding prototype with low energy consumption at normal tempreture, through reasearching the two core technologies of the formation of power transmission and molding module. The prototype changes the traditional “compression molding with positive pressure at high temperature ” to “grind molding with partial tensor at normal temperature”, which solves the problems of “poor force conductivity” and “high moisture” of the biomass raw materials of straw type from the mechanism, and reduces the pressure and energy consumption needed by molding radically. The molding machines improve effectively the stability of the equipment and extend the working life of the core components. The project is currently underway.
