Kolya Abramsky

Kolya Abramsky is an educator, organizer, and researcher on the global energy sector. His main  focus is on the questions of land, labour and ownership in the sector, and the social, political, economic and environmental conflicts which exist due to the fact that energy is a key means of production and subsistence in the world-economy. He has both organized and participated in a number of international seminars, conferences and workshops relating to the social and environmental aspects of energy transition. He has also published widely on this theme, including editing the book Sparking a Worldwide Energy Revolution (2010).
